Basic "rules" for the Top List

1. All fields must have been worked via passive reflectors. (i.e. not via a repeater, satellite etc)
   
2. All stations involved must be on the earth's surface. (i.e. not /AM stations)
   
3. QSL cards are not required if you are certain that the other station considers the QSO to have been completed, and that you are sure of the other station's exact location.
   
4. All QSO's must have been worked from points within a circle of 1000 km radius.
   
5. There is no starting date for contacts to be eligible.
